Our Pal's Place - Molly's Bat Mitzvah Project

When I was younger I was very scared of dogs. I became less scared as I got older but still was not totally comfortable. For my mitzvah project I decided to find a place to work with dogs and learn more about them so I could become more comfortable. I have been volunteering my time playing, caring for, and training dogs at Our Pal’s Place. I think this is a great organization and would love for you to donate money to their save a heart fund to help get more dogs adopted and “save a heart”.

Our Pal's Place http://opp.ourpalsplace.org/  is an animal advocate organization working on behalf of all animals to implement solutions to the problems that they face. Our Pet Adoption Facility houses homeless pets rescued from county shelters, our Learning Center offers hands-on education programs and our partnerships with other rescues enable us to help all animals

Save-A-Heart Fund is used exclusively to treat heartworm positive dogs and critical care cases. Our Pal's Place rescues a lot of heartworm positive dogs from county shelters because most people will not adopt a dog who is going to require expensive veterinarian care. Consequently, heartworm positive dogs and critical care cases tend to be high on the kill list in county shelters. Our Save-A-Heart Fund helps to rescue and treat these orphan pets so they too can find a home!
