Our Last Goodbye to Matt Matt

Our sweet Matthew was born to my sister. At the time of his birth, because of the difficulties of delivery and his general health, she was told he wouldn't survive the next 24 hours. My sister got up from her hospital bed and went to the chapel in the hospital and offered Matthew back to God. With the selfless love of his mother, sister, extended family and the grace of God, he defied the odds and fought to survive. We shared many seasons with him. On Monday, November 20th we lost our angel Matthew. He battled with pneumonia and other complications after several days in ICU. He has gone home and is now cradled in the arms of his Grandma and Grandpa.

So many of you have asked what you can do. Please consider helping Maria through this difficult time as she is faced with enormous financial expenses. At birth, Matthew was classified uninsurable because of his special needs. This is a huge burden at a heartbreaking time.
