Our injured Florence Nightingale

Our hard working, wonderful friend Peggy Berryman just proudly celebrated the posting of her nursing license and  was about to start on her new career, when she fell and fractured her knee badly.  Her inability to work will affect her greatly, as her schooling has eaten up any savings she might have to cover rent and medical bills.  Right now she cannot drive or do anything without crutches, so if you cannot contribute financially and would like to help her physically, please know that any help will be appreciated.  According to the orthopedic experts, she will be unable to work for 2 to 3 months depending on whether surgery is needed. Peggy has worked at odd jobs to get her through school, so help is needed immediately. She has no workman’s comp or any other governmental help. We’re counting on your help as friends to pull her through this crisis. Thank you.
