Help our household while we have Covid!

Thanks to the generosity of a few amazing people, we have met our goal. So I was going to take this down (and I did stop publicizing it a couple of days ago) but realistically, we have no idea how long Jo will need to be out of work for.

Also, I just went in and tested positive today too, so I won't be able to do much work on the shop or look for a part-time job until I'm feeling better. (I can't afford to put the shop on vacation, but any orders that come in will be processed in a well-ventilated area with me wearing a mask and gloves. According to the science, the chances of getting Covid from an object are very minimal, and that should go down to zero by the time the item reaches you.)

So, I know Jo did a fundraiser a few weeks ago while she was out of work with bronchitis, and I hate to do one again so soon. I hate asking anyone for help in the first place. But after a few days of being back to work her coughing came back worse than ever, along with a high fever and body aches. She went back to urgent care and guess what? After two years of staying safe she has Covid now! A really bad case of it, with asthma comorbidities. Her blood oxygen was at 92 when she left urgent care and she was under strict orders to call an ambulance to go to the ER if it went any lower than that.

Fortunately, the anti-virals seem to be working and her blood oxygen has improved since yesterday. But she has to be out of work for AT LEAST two weeks, and while she's been approved for a leave of absence, she will not be paid. We are at our wit's end (or I am; Jo is still too sick to be) and don't know what we are going to do. We have no savings, so this means not only that credit card bills will go unpaid (we figured that anyway) but also that rent and utilities cannot be paid, and (aside from a small amount of money I get from my Patreon) we won't have money for food (either for us or for our pets.)

Again, I hate to ask, but anything you can give will help! This is an extremely stressful time, and I'm not finding the words I'm looking for but if you are able to help, thank you so much! And if you can't, please share this and help us spread the word!
