Our girl needs our help

Hi Southpoint family, friends, strangers, and anybody that just wants to help a family out. Our girl Andrea Candelaria and her son Frankie need prayers, love, positives vibes, and support sent their way. For those of you that know Andrea you know that she is a strong, independent, and pretty private person so the fact that she is allowing me to post this speaks volumes in itself. Frankie was up in Reno attending the academy to become a Nevada highway patrol. He was only 3 weeks away from graduation when he was hit with an unexplained illness that infected his liver. After days in the hospital, extensive texting, sleepless nights, and a biopsy the results came back and he has liver cancer. Devasting news for a 22 year good kid ready to start his life. Heart crushing news for a mom. Anybody that had the pleasure of being around Andrea, even for a short period of time, knows that Frankie is her whole world. Andrea had her own battle with cancer that she fought and beat last year! So Frankie couldn't have a better support system in his corner than his mom but her being in his corner means she will be in Southern California where he will undergo treatment. She resides and works in Las Vegas and has already been out of work for a few weeks and she's not sure when she will be able to leave his side and return back to work. Frankie needs her next to him so we are asking for donations to help ease the financial burden of being out of work so she can focus on more important things, getting her baby better.
