Hi everyone,
I'm reaching out to you because we’ve finally started a GoFundMe for my dad, Robert Vincent “Ponch” Saldana. Our dad had 2 major strokes at the end of August that left him paralyzed on his right side, then he had another major one in September that cause major setback. Since the strokes he has been from hospital, to skilled nursing facility, to rehab, and since Thanksgiving he has been at home with my family and I taking care of him. We recently had to admit him to hospice care due to it ailments. Hospice is giving him no longer than 6 weeks to live. My siblings, our kids, and I are having to take care of him and find the funds to give him the proper burial that he is asking for. We have already made sure the plot he wants is available and paid for, however, the final funeral expense is $10,485. We have negotiated the funeral home down to $8,326. We have $1,500 of the total amount needed.
