our belongings

Hi my name is Lori and my husband's name is Jamey....My husband and i had to sell my deceased adoptive parents house in Massachusetts and move to a cheaper state to live (Arkansas) as my husband and i are on social security disability due to physical ailments. We had gotten a truck to pack all of our belongings and memories in and we thought we were going to be able to pay for it but certain circumstances with my (I'll call him my brother for lack of better words) had to go into a nursing home. He was my brother not by blood but my adoptive parents had taken care of him as a foster child and I had for some years after their passing looked after him as well as well as my husband...we thought with the sale of the house that we would have enough money for the truck, but we didn't and only had enough money to get it packed. Well after we moved here my brother's health took a turn for the worse. Years ago he had gotten into a motorcycle accident and had some brain damage and now had recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. We had initially said we would save as much as we could all 3 of us and my brother said he would be the main financier for us getting the truck while we paid the household bills. Now he's in a nursing home and his bills there are more than enough...with his altered brain function and now changes to his mental state he no longer knows what he's doing, which is really sad to be honest. I can't rely on him to pay for anything and I certainly can't ask him to hold his end of the deal in his mental state but we are at risk of losing everything that we worked so hard to get....my parents heirlooms...family heirlooms. Clothes. Tools to work on the house with even our weddingpictures....you name it it's on that truck....even our mattress and dishes. If we lose that truck, that's our entire life....i ask that you please help us so we don't lose everything. As it is, we lost me and my brother's childhood home that meant the world to us and it changed my brother's mental status...i hope we don't lose everything else as well....
