Osoyoos Fireworks - July 1, 2022

Hi, my name is Annette Star and I am the Co-ordinator for the Fundraising for the Osoyoos Fireworks held on July 1 every year in Osoyoos, BC, Canada. We are so proud, this year, to be able to celebrate our 25th Anniversary - finally! Our fundraising team is working very hard to make this year's event one that people will remember and establish Osoyoos as the BEST Fireworks in Canada on July 1st. Currently we hold second place - as Ottawa is in first place. This year, we have set a lofty goal and would like to raise double what we did in 2019.

Frank Zandvliet, our resident Pyro Tech, plans music with one of our local bands, Rebel Luv, then synchronizes the fireworks to the beat. After 2 years of being unable to have our fantastic Fireworks show, Frank has had time to plan something that will rock our Town. Frank and his Pyro crew are also all volunteers - so all our fundraising goes towards purchasing products and equipment only.

Every year this show brings over 30,000 people to our Town to attend our Cherry Fiesta and Canada Day Celebrations! All the money we raise is from donations from Osoyoos' people and businesses. This year we need your help - many people come from all over Canada to stay in Osoyoos and enjoy our fantastic Town - however never get a chance to donate. This is your chance to help us raise funds to become #1 in Canada!
