Oscar Simoneau Scholar Foundation

Oscar Simoneau my brother passed away in August 2016. I am raising money to donate 3 scholarships for $3k each to aid in college education costs. Education is the foundation for world peace and it can also be fun as my brother shows in this picture. He meant the world to me and I want the world to know that his kind spirit will help others on the quest to a better future. ✌️And love , Joana and Oscar
