End Stage Liver Disease - Liver Transplant

I was diagnosed with End Stage Liver Disease (Cirrhosis) because of an autoimmune disease and in need of a liver transplant. Insurance does cover some, but the costs also include travel expenses for regular visits to the transplant center which are not covered. I am raising funds to help with overall costs while waiting for a new liver.
