We are in a moment of human history when we have to take important decisions and make changes in order to save our planet. We already lost 60% of the biodiversity and things aren't looking very good for the next years.
Everyone has in their hands the power to make positive changes around. I started feeling the need to do something and, as a land owner, I decided to build an organic farm.
The plan is to grow veggies, fruits and berries and to deliver them in my neighbourhood. The idea of fighting against industrial farming and giving people the chance of eating healthy food makes me happy.
There was nothing before. Not even an entrance!
My job as a leather crafman went well enough to start this project. The last two winters I worked very hard designing and building the farm and also doing the leather work to sell in the street in the summer. All this while living in my old van! I'm not sure if I can do this much longer...
This is the plan!

I've planted more than 400 fruit trees and bushes. Oaks, chestnuts, walnuts, cherries, apples, pears, avocados, and much more! Those are 50 hazelnuts.
In the higher part I will install the polytunnel
Things are getting nice. Nature is amazing and so grateful. In 10 years it's going to be amazing to see the trees big and giving fruits and shade.
I planted a lot of hedges to protect the fruit trees, blueberries, etc... The wind can ruin the pollination if it blows too hard. I would also like to have bees to help with this and improve the harvest.

More bushes
For next winter I need a wooden shed to storage tools and the harvest. I will also use it as a workshop for a while. I want to produce my own electricity using solar panels. I want to plant around 700 blueberries and install a big polytunnel for growing veggies. The last thing will be another wooden cabin for my workshop. I'm working on this project with the help of an architect for the wooden cabins (ubuild.com) and an agricultural engineer, and I have to pay for a building permit as well. The estimated cost of the whole project is around 100.000€.
I really need your help to finish and start working in a comfy and warm place. Also to get out of the street as soon as possible! I'm getting old for this...

The base for the shed is also done. I've never worked with concrete before (I don't like it but for some things it's very handy and cheap).
For everything I do I have to learn new things quickly as I go to avoid making big mistakes.
As usual at the end of the winter I'm broke. I'm not even sure if the next season will be good enough to finish the project. Even my 32 years old van cannot resist...
If 20% of the people that see me working this summer helped me with just one euro this would be done and I would be the happiest man in the world.
