Sarah's wish

Sarah as most of you know has had diabetes since she was 2. In 2010 Sarah had chronic diahhrea that occurred 15-20 times a day...celiac disease has restricted her food. She has been in and out of hospitals since then and is down to 92 pounds. She has permanent liver, kidney and bladder damage. She has to wear depends all the time. Neuropothy has damaged nerves in stomach, legs, and now her bladder. She is a huge Harry Potter fan and has always wanted to go to Universal Studios and Disney. Please help me get her there this October. Thank you
