Operation Bathroom Reno for Owen

Owen is a 12 year old boy diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. It is time for Owen to have a wheelchair accessible bathroom to accommodate his growing independence.
Owen needs a bathroom renovation to allow him access to the shower with his shower chair. This is essential to a teenage boy trying to gain more independence. Right now the bottom of the shower is about 15” tall. This requires Owen to be physically transferred from his wheelchair, into the shower. We are in need of a bathroom renovation for all the facilities to be accessible by Owen independently. Any donations are welcome. We are also holding a fundraiser at the Onset VFW 4 Gibbs Ball Park Rd Onset, Ma on April 20th from 5-9pm. Please follow Owen’s Buddies on FB for details.
