Keila is 28 yrs old and single mother of 1 year old Amari. She is not one to ask for help but in this time of need we are here to show her we will help as much as we possibly can and in any way . Keila recently suffered spinal meningitis which caused swelling in her brain and affected her mental status. Her girlfriend rushed her to the emergency room where she was told by doctors if she waited any longer she could of died within 24hrs or have become brain dead . Keila was treated with aggresive antibiotic therapy and when doctors thought she was well enough to send home they found bacteria growing in her heart. The antibiotic was not enough to clear the bacteria from Keilas heart so she had to have open heart surgery to remove it. Keila was admitted on May 12, 2017 and was discharged June 11, 2017. Keila is now receiving Home Health Services to continue treatment for several more weeks. It will still be sometime before Keila is able to return to work and for this purpose we ask you all for help. Her rent and bills are in arrears.Every dollar is appreciated, Even a simple share can greatly help in getting the word out to others. Thank you all in advance. Be blessed.
