Madi's Journey To Africa

Hey y'all!

I am SO excited to have been given the opportunity to go to East Africa for 8 weeks this summer with an organization called Choose to Invest. Our main purpose for the trip is discipleship within our group, as well as with the people of Kenya. While fully serving Jesus and strengthening our relationship with Him, we will get to be loving on others and growing intentional relationships with our team members and the Kenyans. This trip is something that will completely rid me of my comfort zone in so many ways. One of the biggest and most humbling parts of this process is asking for help, because I know I can’t accomplish this alone. First, I am asking for prayers. Please join me in prayer for the next couple of months as I prepare to depart of Africa and while I am on my Journey internship as well. Second, I need your help with fundraising. Asking for money has been the hardest part of this process, but without funds, this mission work cannot happen.

The Journey Internship costs $5950. This seems like an unfathomable amount of money to raise, but I am confident that the Lord will provide!
