Have change? Help me study abroad

I have recently been given the opportunity to study broad in Italy. I will begin this summer in Florence, Italy with a pre-intensive language program to learn Italian and then continue during the semester at the University of Bologna where I will be taking courses taught and tested purely in Italian. I will have the opportunity to follow my dream of studying sport psychology while at Bologna. At UC Berkeley I study psychology with the aspiration of becoming a sport psychologist. But unfortunately, Cal does not offer sport psychology or any related courses. I am very passionate about reaching my career goals as I went through a traumatic injury during my high school athletic career. This was what motivated me to find a program that would help me as I continue to pursue my academic and career goals.

Although, I am very excited for this opportunity I also realize the amount of funds I need to pay for my program. I am a first generation college student with financial difficultly. My parents and family are unable to help me financially on my journey abroad. The funds and support I receive will go to paying for plane tickets and for the basic necessities I will need in Italy such as food and school supplies (since I am limited in the amount of things I can take). Anything given no matter the amount is truly appreciated. Thank you for all the support.
