Our Charity’s Cause?
O.N.F.I.Y.A. (Optimistic Nurturers Finessing Impassionate Young Adults) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, seeking funding to support the building fund for a Youth Center. Our STAMP (Stand Tall And Manifest Purpose) Mentoring Youth Program Initiative and Vocational Training Center will accommodate underprivileged youth to achieve successful careers and/or entrepreneurship. Empowering them with educational and vocational resources and life skills to become self-sufficient adults. Our STAMP Mentoring Program currently has 30 participants enrolled, including foster care youth.

There are 46 million young people, aged 8-18, living in America,16 million of them are growing up without a mentor. That's one out of every three young people who don't have a trusted adult they believe they can turn to for advice and guidance outside of their family at home. Of those young people, 9 million face various day-to-day challenges that put them at risk of falling off track.

How will your donations help?
Your donations will help us provide and create a solid foundation that will allow us an opportunity to serve more participants and their families. The funding will contribute towards the purchase of: the building, remodeling, furniture, office equipment, paid staff, program materials, transportation, food, clothing, housing, workforce development, OJT (On-the-job-training)

Who will benefit?
The disadvantaged children and families whose been overlooked and counted out. Especially those individuals that are encountering homelessness, Domestic Violence, Mental & Emotional health issues profoundly due to the pandemic. Hence, preventing recidivism, incarceration, and single-parent homes.

Where will your funds go?
Towards providing a stable location for early intervention and prevention services. Along with a re-entry housing program for underprivileged youth & young adults (13-25) to reduce teenage pregnancy, domestic violence, homelessness, incarceration and/or any grief due to a loss. Also, funds will go towards workforce development programs and OJT (On-the-job Training).

How soon do we need the funds? Why?
We are seeking to purchase a physical location by Spring 2023. This goal is pertinent due to the economic loss and displacement of children and families. Due to the pandemic and the unavailable resources within communities, we strive to be available by Spring 2023. Any donation will continuously impact ONFIYA's ability to support and serve disadvantaged communities. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause. It means so much to the children and families we serve!
