1 Hand Washes The Other

Donation protected

This is for those who lost everything from Irma.
My name is Jill Seppa, I live in Block Island, Rhode Island. I am raising these funds for my good friend Jupson Jean-Fort.   AKA Jay Da Man, a local taxi driver, father of two started the 1 Hand Washes the other foundation after watching all his neighbors, family and friends lose everything during Hurricane Irma.
Hurricane Irma, an unprecedented category 5 hurricane, hit St. Maarten directly last week and took with it homes, food, schools, the airport and all major and minor infrastructure that existed on once pristine St. Maarten.
This fund will go directly to locals to assist in rebuilding the community and homes and restoring some sense of normalcy to  locals lives turned upside down.
Jay born and raised on the prisitine little Island is well known as a community man and is devoted to helping his fellow man rebuild.   The future is unknown to many as the main livlihood is a tourist economy which is currently shut down, The airport was decimated along with 90% of the Island.  Any contribution is appreciated.

If you have been blessed to visit St. Maarten you know that beyond the beautiful beaches and scenery, it is the people of St. Maarten that make the little island so special. The people of St. Maarten
need support from around the world, though they are hearty and will rebuild to welcome again, they need a hand from around the world.
These funds will go directly to locals to begin rebuilding their lives.
In gratitude,
Jay
