(*Updated Story/Info)

As of right now the current auto shop prices are way beyond my budget and we are both too far apart in the final cost. Which was past me original Fund Me Goal(4,500)...!

That being said... With the Help of a Long Time Fellow Food Truck Friend and His Family. The Truck motor overhaul is going to them and their personal set up. They have the tools and complete understanding on how to take on the job. They are Family men who need the extra work and money. They are committed to getting the job done right. And I plan on putting my full trust and livelyhood in their hands.

Since this is a new plan in a private shop. The Costs are greatly lower than before. I have gathering up funds to get them started as early as next week 1/9/18...

The Fund Me Goal has Dropped to a manageable $1,250... This will get things in order for the food trucks return... Please spread the word and give whatever you can no amount in too small...

Thank you for your Love, Kind Words & Support

Grazie,
Steve-O

(What The Heck Happened?)

Back in 2010 if you asked me if I knew what kind of Engine I had in my newly bought ((Used 89 Truck))... I'd say ahhh it's a Chevy... Today 7 plus years later I'd call it a problem child amoung other very choice adjectives to describe what it has put me through... One replace motor turned into two manufacturer defects. Topped off with the BAD luck of FIVE Auto Shops. Needless to say I have found myself learning more about motors than I had ever guessed I would. BUT over the years I have gained a strong bond with a few very kind and helpful auto enthusiastic people. Who also just happen to really like my Italian Food. My entrepreneurial path has taken me down many winding roads. And through a number of many difficult yet rewarding challenges. Only to find that bad luck and poor timing to offer me a swift punch in the gut here and there.. Yet I was still standing.

Then in March of 2017 I was burned badly suffering 3rd degree plus wounds to the front of my legs. This put my life and wellness on pause for a few months and bouncing back has still proven to be a day to day task.

But I was still standing and willing to give food trucking another shot. To be reborn and blessed by fire literally... Sales started to pick up with my return summer was over Fall was here and then Winter and the Holidays are now here and almost gone....
After finishing up a wonderful three day weekend of amazing Holiday Cayering... The Old Grumpy Grumman Turn It's Unlucky Head and blew it's top. Over heating on the Highway around 11:30pm...
And boy did this take the Merry Out Of Christmas....

Now here's where I swallow my pride and dig deep into what's left over in my soul and ask for help.... it's a ((terrible)) feeling.... But I just don't know where the funds are going to come from this time around. Money is super tight. I've been driving for LYFT on the side to make ends meet and I am super bummed about asking any family for funds... So as I try and put the worst of 2017 behind me and look toward 2018 as a fresh solid start... I find myself quoting
The Beatles "I get by with a Little Help from My Friends" If you have ever eaten from my food truck. You have tasted the passion I put into what I love to do... It's what I was ment to do... I hate to ask for help. But with out you there is no me... And then there is no Valentino's Food Truck and the Dream will die...

If there is anything you can do to help out with these auto repairs. I would be so blessed and can look forward to 2018 as a better year.
