You remember Reading Rainbow, right? (http://www.fimfiction.net/story/10624/reading-rainbow) Do you remember the story within the story that Rainbow Dash read to Twilight while laid up in the hospital? Did you ever want to hold that poem in your very own hands and read it with your very own eyes?
Well, now you can! (For realsies this time!)
With the help of Ruirik (https://www.deviantart.com/ruirik), I want to bring this story to life in hard copy format. Current plans have over 70 pages of art for you to enjoy.
Unfortunately, those 70-ish enjoyable pages won't just materialize themselves out of thin air. Ruirik's gotta eat, and he does so through his skill as an artist. I need help raising a lump sum so that he can turn food into pony pictures, so now's your chance to help make this silly little piece of pony fanfiction a reality—for a bookshelf, for a coffee table, for a friend, or just to say you helped make another little fandom dream come true.
I will be publishing the book on Lulu where it will be available on demand, but good things come to those who help! Every bit helps, but a few benchmark donation levels will net the following:
$1: a big, old thanks from yours truly
$5: an enthusiastic internet high five!
$25: a copy of One Full Day before it's available to the rest of the internet, signed by yours truly
$50: the above, plus your OC added as a background character somewhere in the book!
$75: the above, plus a personal thank you in the book's forward and on my blog
$100: the above, plus a short (50-200 words) poem on a SFW subject of your choosing, sent privately or posted to my blog, OR I will edit a short (<10k) story of yours
