Sawyer's emergency surgery

This guy is really something special, and he needs your help!
Sawyer is a big, sweet pit bull, only over a year old, and we noticed a few days ago he wasn't eating as much and not his normal, playful self. We've had him all of 7 months, and can tell if he's not bouncing off the walls happy, that something is up.
Cut to today, where Will's been at the vet with him the last few hours, and now into emergency surgery. The doctors found an obstruction in his stomach, so they're going in to see what's wrong.
If you know us, you know how much we love this big, playful teddy bear, who we rescued just a few months ago. Please help us in this urgent time of need! We would never ask, but it really means a lot to us.
