Thank you all for your well wishes, prayers and concern. Bonnie is recovering very well from the surgery yesterday. Many of you have been inquiring about what you can do to help or about sending flowers, etc. Well, given the nature of the surgery and subsequent care needed, there will be significant costs that will not be fully covered by insurance and/or Medicare.
As you all know very well, Bonnie has spent a lifetime of giving graciously and selflessly to others. We would like to take this opportunity to give just a little back in a time of need.
Bonnie of course is a very proud person and will quite frankly be embarrassed by this and by all of the attention. So, please feel free to forward to friends and family by email, text or even word of mouth, but we would rather not put this out on social media.
