Olympic Bobsled Qualifying Brazil

My goal is to compete in the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, as member of Team Paes Brazil Bobsled representing my home country Brazil.

I left Brazil at the age of 21 on a full ride scolarship to play basketball in USA. Dixie state University  was the first school I played for, followed by Western Oklahoma State College and ending my carreer at University of Idaho #GOVANDALS . My last year in Idaho being dedicated to assisting in coaching the basketball team.

Six years ago I moved to Canada and settled in Calgary. Here I continued my career in Health and fitness as a personal trainer at Goodlife Fitness. This is where I met The Jamaican Bobsled team in true "Cool Runnings" fashion. 

This year I was reqruited by TEAM PAES BRAZIL BOB to partake in their quest for 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea and to be the team to represent Brazil.

I created this page to seek assistance in funding my expenses in this journey to the games. As with so many athletes one of my biggest challenges is not being able to  rely on my regular work income while training and attending tournaments. Other expense include specialized equipment, training fee's, travel expenses, insurance.

All contributions would be much appreciated to help me on this amazing journey, an opportunity to represent my country in the biggest sport event in the world. A true honour.
