Autism Service Dog for Ollie

This is Ollie. He has autism…and he is totally awesome! Ollie is four years old. He loves tractors, music, animals, swimming, railroad tracks, watermelon, Mexican food, and the color green. He is smart, energetic, and has an incredible memory.
Ollie also has some difficulties. He struggles with communicating, making friends, sensory processing, motor skills, his emotions, focusing, and many daily tasks. Ollie doesn’t understand dangers such as busy roads, cars, or water. He likes to wander and his anxiety sometimes causes him to run away.
Ollie needs your help! We are fundraising for a highly trained Autism Service Dog! Ollie’s dog will be trained to assist us in keeping him safe—like following him when he suddenly runs off, tracking him if he gets lost, and interrupting dangerous behaviors. Ollie’s dog will be able to support him when he goes to public places like the grocery store, park, or library (which cause high anxiety) and will give him some much needed companionship. Ollie’s dog will help connect him to people and his world.
The cost for a service dog to be bred, raised, and trained just for Ollie can be anywhere from $20,000-$40,000.
