Ollie the Pug

Anyone,  anyone who knows me, knows the love I have for animals!! I have rescued dogs my whole life.  Ollie and my other dog Lucky, dug a hole to China in my yard yesterday and escaped.  They were both hit by a car , Ollie took the first hit and Lucky the second.  Unfortunately, my Lucky Boy (my heart) passed immediately. Ollie is in ICU at Hope Er and is being watched for head trauma.  The impact of the car hit his right leg and to repair it would be over 8000.00.  We were advised to amputate which is economically better for our family.  

As I sit here and write this plea, I am balling!!  I hate to beg and am humiliated to do this.  Everybodys Got Something in their life and I know it's Christmas that is why I hate to ask.  Ollie is a little over a year old and has alot more life in him.  I am calling around to find another facility to do the amputation.  Sick to my stomach !  They asked if we wanted to surrender him and they would have a donor to do the surgery and keep him. How could I do that ??? How could I do that to my children who just lost one dog, and now at Christmas lose another!!

This is my story!  My babies were blessed by a wonderful man who scooped them up from the car scene and took them immediately to the vet.  I was able to contact him and  he was devastated. As he held my Lucky (king Charles cavalier) in his coat, all he could think about was his dogs which are King Charles Cavaliers too.  I promised him that if Ollie pulls through this I will bring him to visit
