Oliver's Neck Surgery

As many of you know, my dog, Oliver was unable to walk Monday morning when he woke up. Through a series of vet visits and a MRI, we've determined that he has a disc compressing his spinal cord at C5-6. It will not get better without surgery. Though he is 9 years old, he's otherwise in good health. The surgery is somewhere in the range of $8200-$9440. I know some of you will think I'm crazy to spend that amount on my dog, but I don't have children or a husband, he and Jack are my family. I've added a photo of the estimate for surgery.  If you're so inclined, any amount you can give is greatly appreciated. If not, I understand that too. I promise that it will go directly to his vet bill. If there should be any funds left after paying the bill, they wkll go to Talbot Humane.
