Oliver Shrader fund

As most of you know Oliver was born at 36 weeks with an undiagnosed genetic condition. Having been through this diagnosis before with Landon, they knew what they were about to face. When he was 4 days old he had surgery to get his g-button. He spent 3 weeks in the nicu before Karen and Trent were able to take Oliver home. He was diagnosed with seizures but they were able to control them with different kinds of medications. Oliver had quite a few problems with his g-button with the biggest problem being that it leaked constantly. An issue that they were never able to figure out. Oliver had quite a few hospital visits and appointments. He got pneumonia in May and was hospitalized at Children’s. He spent 2 weeks in the hospital before he was finally well enough to come home. The last month of his life his seizures got worse and he would throw up his formula constantly. Through this challenge he aspirated and got pneumonia for the second time. Oliver was then put on oxygen and different medications to hopefully make it easier for him to breathe.  Unfortunately Oliver couldn’t beat his sickness and passed away on August 30.

Karen and Trent can’t thank everyone enough for their love and support as they go through this loss.
