Spencer and Brittney's 15 month old son Oliver was life-flighted to Primary Children's Hospital on March 28th when Oliver was having a hard time breathing and his heart was beating too fast.
They diagnosed Oliver with myocarditis, which is an inflammation of the heart muscle. The myocarditis caused heart failure which backed up fluid to the liver. He his receiving IV medication to help his heart valves work more efficiently. He is in the Pediatric ICU at Primary Children's' Hospital and could be there for another week. He has had lots of heart testing done and shown minimal improvement.
Brittney and Spencer have 2 other boys and are traveling back and forth from Idaho to Utah to be with Oliver and the other boys.
Brittney even had to leave Oliver to take her Nursing Final, which she passed. Between the medical bills that are building and driving back and forth they could use the help to ease the burden financially. We will keep you updated on this page as far as Oliver's condition.
