Let me introduce myself my name is Patricia im a mother of 3 two of my kids have autism . Im married to a wonderful man Oliver i got to admit we've had our bad moments but we've able to talk things thru. He's a very hard worker whatever he needs to do to make ends meet he would go and make things happen to put food on the table! On November 13 2016 our lives changed drastically, he was waiting by his dads house with his brother and friend to get the Uber to come home when a car approached them and the man in the back seat asked a series of questions and just started shooting directly towards them his brother and friend had time to run but my husband was about to run but as he was turning his head the bullet hit the right side of his head entered his skull and came out of his left eye. Its nothing but a miracle his alive and the bullet didn't damage his brain but was left with various skull fractures and was left blind the bullet damaged his right eye optical nerves and the left eye has it was coming out. They were suppose to do surgery to fix his skull but didn't want to damage his brain do to the swelling. His left traumatized and blind he won't be able to work and he cant sleep do to the trauma. He has a appointment to remove his right eye and give him a prosthetic eye its been hard for us mentally and its been difficult for us financially. We need family therapy to cope with this tragedy and lifestyle and we're also going to need to relocate and move from this city cause were scared they will come back to hurt our family cause no one has been arrested. Were also going to need our new home to be modified to fit my husbands needs so he can move about the house without the risk of getting injured.

So I'm asking you if you can please donate whatever you can to help us get on our feet and pay for our medical bills i don't want my husband to have to worry how were going to pay the rent he has already gone thru enough and now what he needs to do is focus in getting better.
