Olive Is Sick
Donation protected
Olive, my 4 month old stray rescue pup, was taken to the emergency vet on Thursday, August 12, for seizures that began the night before. She had two on the way there, and one in the exam room. They rushed her back, administered medications, then had her transferred to the 24 hour animal hospital, so that they can monitor her seizure activity.
So far, they have found she has an enlarged liver & spleen, and dangerously low blood counts and anemia. The diagnoses isn’t clear yet, and she is going to need more imaging and more specific blood tests done.
Already, it’s cost at least $5,000 for these tests and meds, and the journey is just beginning…
She is on several meds that I give her ‘round the clock to control her seizures while we figure this out, and she is being seen on a weekly basis to continue testing and monitoring her blood counts.
I am going to do whatever I can for Olive and all of my babies. I need her and I need her to be okay. Anything from anyone would help us take care of her, even a prayer for her if you could.♥️ We thank y’all so much, and we hope you know how much we love our pup babies and how much we appreciate anyone helping us help them.
