Old Derry Rd flooding recovery

This is my parents home, they were recently told this evening that they where not covered under their insurance policy due to a small obscure clause in their paperwork.
my folks are close to retirement and are devastated by this, they don't have the money to fix this.
My parents have held me on their shoulders my whole life, I want to help them.
I am their son, Chris. The funds will be used for cleanup and mold removal. All of the main floor was over a foot under water, so all of the kitchen, flooring , and cabinetry must be thrown out. As well as a flooring and plywood throughout the main floor.

Walls and drywall must also be removed and replaced due to water damage.

And the underside of the house must be fixed and have a sump well added in case of further water. 

All funds will go directly to my mother's account, where she's will dispurse them to the proper trades.

She is currently getting quotes on work required. My goal will not be enough to cover all of the damages, but enough so they don't bear the brunt of the cost. Essentially, the entire main floor must be ripped to bear wood and redone.
