Help the Okoli Family Recover From House Fire

On the evening on Sept 22nd, the Okoli family’s home was tragically destroyed in a fire. Geraldine and Innocent Okoli have 2 students at SCS – Chisimdi (grade 11) and Kamsi (grade 10) as well as a 10-year-old son, named Chidalu, who attends Creekside Elementary. The fire started upstairs while the rest of the family was downstairs, and Chisimdi and Kamsi were not home at the time. The cause of the fire is unknown. We are thankful to God that they are unhurt physically, however, the house and most of their possessions inside are gone. We are asking the SCS community to rally around them for support.

They are needing things like furniture, furnishings, linens, food, clothing, dishes and other day-to-day things.
