Hi everone...I have been asked to set up this account by all the very gracious friends and loved ones I am blessed to have in my life!  Sadly life goes by so fast and we often lose touch with many people who have been special in our lives.  The one great thing that getting hit with this horrible desease of Cancer, that affects WAY too many people that we know and love, is that I have felt such an outpouring of support, love, prayers and so much more, that it brings me to tears at times how lucky I am to have as many amazing people in my life as I do.  
For those of you that don't know the details, I went in one morning in October with a sharp pain in my side thinking...oh oh, I wonder if I am having Apendicits???  Well, as it turned out after a CT scan I had a fairly large tumor.  After extensive testing for a couple days they determined it to be a rare cancer called Leiomyosarcoma.   I guess I couldn't get lucky with these odds and have won the lottery instead :-/   So far I have made it through Chemo and am in the middle of Radiation, but even more daunting is the surgery I have to face on May 1st.   I appreciate to have more thoughts and prayers to keep coming because they DO truly help!   Thank you all so much for any way you have already or may be able to help with during this time...Love You!
