Eagle Project for Pediatric Cancer

My name is Daniel Nachum. I am a high school junior in Tenafly, NJ and have started my Eagle Scout Project. I am also a Leukemia survivor and was treated for three years at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ.

My project involves helping in-patient children in the pediatric oncology unit at Hackensack University Medical Center. I will be providing them with activity packs filled with age and gender appropriate art supplies, toys and other items. 

The funds I'm trying to raise will help cover the costs of toys, games, art supplies, musical instruments, as well as the activity pack containers that I am assembling. 

I have been in remission for over 10 years now and I think that this is a worthy way to give back and give thanks.
