Medical fund for Tammy Jensen Evans

Think back to the day you met Tammy.  I imagine you were met with a smile, a laugh or a hug from a sweet red-headed girl.  I'm sure your life is better for meeting her.

I met my dear friend, Tammy Jensen Evans in 1982.  We became close friends when we attended Skyline High School and dental assisting school together. We became even closer when  we lived one house apart and raised our children together for 10 years.  We have had so much fun over the years. Anyone who knows Tammy, knows her fun personality, sweet smile and giving heart.  
Now our friend needs our help.

A couple of weeks ago,  Tammy  received the news that no woman wants to hear. She has been diagnosed with breast cancer. 

Tammy is ready to fight.  She will be having major surgery on Thursday, March 12, to begin the process of removing the cancer from her body.  Tammy will need additional treatment and more surgery in the future.

 Mark and Tammy have health insurance. Their insurance has a high deductible and maximum out of pocket expense of $10,000.  It has also been determined that their insurance will only pay for half of the recommended procedure so there will be additional medical expenses for the Evans family. We are asking for your support to help keep their financial burden to a minimum.
