Davarie Armstrong was a 17-year old rising senior at Denver's South High School who had the brightest of futures ahead. His life was suddenly and tragically cut short on the night of July 11 by a senseless act of gun violence.
Davarie was an exceptional young man who is deeply loved by his family, friends, teammates, teachers, and community. He was a committed son, brother, student, and athlete whose kind heart and radiant smile welcomed everyone in.
Davarie's loss will never be understood or overcome, however, we can show our love and support to his family, including his mother Angel and sister Ai'Laija, during this incredibly difficult time. We are raising funds to support his memorial and any other costs the family currently faces. Contributions of all sizes are welcome and deeply appreciated.
