Officer Chavez and Officer Garza Fund

On July 11th, the City of McAllen lost two  beloved brothers in blue.  They were Officers Ismael Chavez and Edelmiro Garza, Jr.  They were exceptional officers and active members in the community.  They gave selflessly to the cause of keeping people safe and unwavering, paid the ultimate price in fulfillment of that service.

On behalf of the McAllen Guns & Hoses Foundation, we send our sincerest and heartfelt condolences to the families of Officer Chavez and Officer Garza.  We will ensure that we uphold their family names and that their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
