Officer Bacon Family Fund

My neighbors, my friends - The Bacons!  They are a great Christian family - Jeremy is a long-time City of Tampa police officer,  and now Resource Officer for a local school, and Addy is a Chemistry teacher.  Together they have four wonderful young children.  High school sweethearts to family of 6 with God at the center of it all.   On September 7th 2018 Addy was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid leukemia. She was transferred 3 days later to Moffit Cancer Center for 30-day inpatient chemotherapy.  Now over a month later she has been sent home, but of course has a long road ahead of her with many treatments needed including a bone marrow transplant. Addy had to immediately  leave her job as a teacher and so half of their family income has now stopped. Jeremy has been and will continue managing all 4 kids and now care for Addy on his own, on top of working his regular job.  Although working side jobs for the police department would be a preferred way to make up the missing income, he is trying to manage the 4 children as well as  Addy's medical needs.  They are doing their best to keep the kids active in everything they were doing before to keep some sort of normalcy in their young lives.  (Soccer, dance, etc)
In addition to your prayers, this family could use anything your heart could give.   Meals that were set up while Addy was hospitalized have stopped now that she is home.  The medical bills are now rolling in, while future treatments and procedures are scheduled, along with normal day-to-day needs with four young children.  Jeremy works all day protecting our children, comes home, gets the kids to their activities, takes care of whatever Addy needs (medicine/etc), helps the kids with homework and such while making dinner before it's time for showers and bed.  It is non-stop for them - this I see as their next door neighbor.  And through it all, they have kept faith knowing that God has everything in His hands.
