Will goes plastic hunting in Brazil

On the 3rd of September I plan on heading to Sao Paulo, Brazil to make the Kickstarter launch video for The Ocean Bottle. We'll be collecting plastic, going to recycling centres, documenting polluted rivers and interviewing plastic collectors from the Favelas who are directly benefitting from our mission.
The issue is, we need some more funds to make it happen.
That is why I'm asking people I don't know, all of my mates and family to get behind us and send us to Brazil so that we can kick off the bottle that will stop ocean plastic once and for all. Each day 22 million kgs of plastic surge into our oceans, largely from impoverished coastal communities. The Ocean Bottle is a stainless steel reusable water bottle. Each one funds the collection of 1000 plastic bottles (12kgs) of ocean-bound plastic, the volume of a small car, through our partner The Plastic Bank. Whilst the effects of this are being felt in places including Brazil, Haiti, Philippines and Indonesia, you can continue to fund plastic collection with the Ocean Bottle smart chip. This is a drinking bottle with next level impact, that ocean fans out there can buy and use to preserve our oceans and stop ocean plastic at the source.
I'm travelling with Paddy Bartram and Will March from Switch Films, who have kindly offered to film for free. The trip is organised by our plastic collection partners, The Plastic Bank and we've already received some financial backing from London Business School, now we need that little bit extra to make it happen.
