Lt. O.C. Conley has been employed with the Albany Police Department for 29 years. He started his tour of duty with the Albany Police Department in July 1988. Since his employment with the Albany Police Department Lt. Conley has been a loyal, dedicated employee who reports to work weekly, despite his medical condition. He has gained many friendships internally and externally. Unfortunately, in August 2010 Lt. Conley started the process of kidney dialysis. Since that time he reports to take dialysis weekly. Although this is a strenuous procedure, he continues to report to work faithfully and work a twelve hour shift each week.
Lt. Conley is a graduate of Monroe High School Class of 1983. After graduating from high school he joined the United States Army. He received an honorable discharge after serving 3 and 1/2 years. Lt. Conley has been on dialysis for seven years and is in need of a kidney transplant. We welcome you to show your support by donating to his Gofund Account.
