Eric and Annie's Voyage to Panama!

Donation protected
About 2,000 nautical miles away (from Charleston, SC) is the Bocas del Torro Archipelago where the Ngobe people live.  Many of the Ngobe Indians of Panama live in isolated villages along the mainland coast and on islands in this area.  The only way to get to them is by boat.  Our mission is to reach the Ngobe with the love of Jesus through building relationships and partnering with other ministries to bring medical care, education, and community development.

Last year we visited Panama while on a mission trip with YWAM Ships and felt God's calling to return as volunteers with YWAM.  Eric is a USCG licensed Captain and we hope to use our skills and passions as sailors to reach the Ngobe.  After 5 months of work on a boat in CA that was bound for Panama we discovered issues with the boat that forced us to decommission her. We now have the opportunity to put our personal sailboat into ministry.  We hope by taking our boat to Panama, that we can use it both as a home and a tool to reach the coastal Ngobe Indians and perhaps other cruisers as well!

Do you want to join us in our mission?  By investing to help get us there, you have a partnership in our ministry and are responsible for all the Lord will allow us to accomplish in Panama.  You will have a share in the blessings that God lavishes on all who do his will.

As we said earlier, it is 2,000 nautical miles to get to Bocas Del Toro.  It will cost about $5 per nm to get there.  Please help us by donating for a portion of the voyage!  The funds will go toward outfitting the boat for living at anchor, necessary safety equipment, and travel expenses as we make our way through Central America.

Our departure date is coming up soon as we are making plans to set sail from Charleston, SC on April 6th.

Philippians 4:19 - And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.

To follow our voyage like us on facebook at "NamoShips Log" or message us to be put on our update list.

As a thank you, the first 50 people who sponsor 20 nautical miles (aka $100) or more will receive a special memento.
