Save Bill and Brenda's House

Hello, my name is Sam Stark. I have started this fundraiser to help my loving parents keep their home. In 2009 a company by the name of Wilshire had offered to modify the loan on the house. This offer had seemed to be the answer to many financial issues that had ensued due to my father being put on permanent disability for progressing parkinson's disease; thus resulting in a loss of over two thousand dollars a month in income. After signing with Wilshire and making the first monthly payment of 1,200 dollars everything was good to go. Not even a month after signing the contract, Wilshire had been boughten out by Bank of America. With the modification now in the hands of Bank of America, the monthly payment was due to them. After making eight monthly payments, a total of 9.600 dollars, Bank of America said they could no longer work with them due to proof of first payment. ( The first payment was made to Wilshire before the buyout). Over the next three years my father dealt with hundreds of new Bank of America representatives and had to explain his situation to every one of them. Not to  mention he had full evidence and paper trail of everything. (bank notes, dates, payment records, representatives talked to, etc,)
Even with all of this in hand Bank of America decided to throw the modification out and forclose on their home.
After meeting with many attorneys and proposing their case, a law firm said it was an outstanding case and there was a great chance of winning. With a year of preparation and fifteen thousand dollars invested the case was finally brought to the 8th minnesota judicial district court. Without hesitance the judge threw case out and sided with the bank...
  As of today my parents must be out of the house by April 13th 2015. An appeal to the case is set, however they cannot proceed unless fifteen thousand dollars is payed up front by March 26th of 2015. 
  This has been an injustice towards my parents and they have done everything to fight it, and have done nothing to deserve this outcome. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot imagine my parents who have lived in this house for 31 years being thrownout with nowhere to go and not a dime in their pocket. Thank you for reading.
