help us get a newer used van

My oldest Daughter Shi-Ann was diagnosed with a brain tumor in March of 2014. With a Diagnosis of Craniopharyngioma, we were scared. It meant immediate surgery in the Brain. The tumor lays on her Pituitary gland. It has affected her process into puberty which is corrected with medication. She has also lost her vision in her Right Eye and limited perifrial in her Left Eye due to complications from surgery and where the tumor is sitting. This also left her thyroid gland affected. After the first surgery she was left with some of the tumor and an Ommaya Reservoir still in place. The reservoir is for continual draining. She takes a variety of medications daily. Recently doctors figured they could try another procedure and use Gamma Knife to remove the rest of the tumor. But it was unsuccessful and we are left to Radiation treatment. 28 treatments over 6 weeks. If this does not go well, our last option is Chemotherapy. We live in Winnipeg and have access to valuable health care.
Our own vehicle is a 1999 Dodge Van. My life partner, best friend and Common-law Gilbert, repairs and maintains our vehicle on his own but there are too many things going wrong. We are not able to afford a new vehicle on our own but I don't need the luxury of a brand new van. We just need to be able to get my Daughter to and from treatment, also so she is able to make other appointments around the city.
My Daughter is an Artist, she loves to free hand draw. She enjoys reading, writing and Story telling. She is still going to school when she is capable. She has fallen behind in school but not much. She is currently enrolled in grade 10-11. Her grades are really good and above average in English studies. Please take my Daughter into consideration when making a donation.
