Kait's Cause

We are raising money for an amazing woman, mother, person, fiance, daughter and sister. Kait is one of the most caring and compassionate people in this crazy world and I want to make her life a little easier in this time of pain. Kaitlyn was life flighted to Johns Hopkins in Baltimore over 2 weeks ago after waking up with paralysis in her neck and left arm. Doctors have finally figured out what the cause likely is and this is going to require very invasive treatment and many months in rehab. It is an autoimmune disorder caused by the antibody named voltage gated potassium channel antibody, this disorder attacks your body because it thinks it's harmful and the treatment for it is going to be very taxing on Kaits body and mind. She has prior paralysis from a now known flare up of this disease in 2012 in her legs, bowel and bladder. To make matters worse Kait just had an amazing little boy Bennett and is not able to watch him grow up and her fiancé has to work 3.5 hours away for 6 days at a time. The funds will go towards Kaits medical bills, Bennetts well being and to help this family, my family, spend this very trying time together as they should be.
