NWO Teen Book Fest

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit the Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival. Moms Mobile Mission, Bowling Green State University, Toledo Public Schools, and Gathering Volumes Bookstore are helping to bring authors and their stories to the teens of Northwest Ohio, and any donation will help make an impact. 

The Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival is a new book festival focused on teens and tweens of Northwest Ohio. The Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival team is an all-volunteer group made up of lovers of literature, who have come together to create a fantastic opportunity for teens from Northwest Ohio and the surrounding area to meet their favorite authors and discover new authors.

The Northwest Ohio Teen Book Festival will be hosted at Toledo Public School’s Bowsher High School on Saturday, May 2, 2020. We are committed to making this event free for Northwest Ohio teens and tweens. You can help us throw the event of a lifetime for and get your company name in front of 600 – 800 Northwest Ohio youths!

How Much Financial Support is Needed?
$5,000 - $10,000 is needed for this event. The budget includes authors’ travel costs, lodging & meals for authors and illustrators, administrative/office costs, and publicity costs. The more we raise, the more authors we can bring to Northwest Ohio to inspire readers!
