Infant Adrian's Unexpected Funeral

Donation protected
Mommy and daddy woke up Sunday, July 9th to their 2 1/2 month old baby not breathing. Mom and dad attempted CPR while on the phone with 911, but no success. Finally the paramedics arrived. After 45 long minutes of CPR, Adrian started breathing and his little heart started beating again. He was then quickly rushed to UW Children's Hospital. Mom, dad, uncle, and Adrian's 1 year old brother rushed to the hospital as soon as they could. They received the news (over the 11 days that Adrian fought) that he had Severe brain damage and probably wasn't going to make it. While mom, dad, and family listened to what the doctor's had to say, they still stood strong and held on to God and each other. Praying frantically that they would be able to see their baby wake up. Asking God for a miracle, for 1 more chance, that they would get to hear his cry again, his smile, his beautiful green eyes, him blink, his pupils contract, ANYTHING!! Unfortunately on the 11th day they did a breathing test and an MRI, which showed that their 2 1/2 month old baby had stopped breathing, and there was no blood flowing to his brain. He was brain dead. Everyone's heart broke. He fought so strongly and so well but his little body decided he couldn't do it anymore. Adrian and God decided it was time for him to be angel now and be with his cousin Morgin. God wrapped his arms around Adrian that day and told him it was okay to let go.. A piece of the family's heart left with their baby that day. Mom and dad fought and pushed for every possible option every minute of every day but there was nothing more they could do. The pain their feeling is the pain that destroys people.

While we appreciate loving thoughts and prayers, this experience also requires some financial assistance. If my Facebook friends can dig into their generous pockets and donate any amount, it would be so appreciated . . . every dollar helps! To help motivate people, Fat's Tats is going to donate $200 worth of tattoo time to a random supporter once we reach our goal amount! Please help us support this family during their painful time.
