Nursing Care for Husband with ALS

I am caring for my husband 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  He has ALS and has feeding tube, trach/vent, can't move or talk.  It is hard work to care for him.  I love him and want to take care of him at home but I am getting worn out.  Nursing care costs on average $60 and hour.  That comes to $480 a week for just 8 hours. that is almost $2000 for 4 days a month. I would like to raise funds for one year so I can have one day a week that I can leave the house and take a break.  

I love this man, he deserves me at my best!
