Preparing for a Memorial for Taylon

This is very heart breaking just to even think about.... I'm not here for a charity. I just am trying to get prepared for what is about to happen. I have currently been out of work for about 6 weeks now, due to a car wreck and  dealing with medical complications with my pregnancy. I am 28 weeks and 5 days with a baby girl that just kicks me and makes me get closer and closer to her. With lots and lots of testing and having a MRI done, we have discoved that she has Potter's Syndrome which means the baby has no kidneys or bladder.  I have had 0%  amniotic fluid now since 17weeks. There are problems with the brain,  such as the cortex and corpus callosum is not shown and a high amount of fluid bluid up. Her heart is not what it should. Her lungs are not developed at all. The cord is already wrapped around her neck twice and she has fluid built up in the stomach. We are told to be prepared for a still birth, preterm labor, or having to carry her until 37 weeks. So now is the time I have to prepare, while I can, to start making arrangements for her when she passes. I'm really here to ask for help. I have two other beautiful healthy babies that I haven't been able to financially take care of and it's been a burden on my mother having to take care of all of us and me. From paying for the trip to Orlando for the MRI to covering my bills and my kids tution for day care. We are at Rock bottom and I feel like now is the time to ask for help. Regardless if it's .50 to just sharing this post, we know we at least tried. This has been one of the hardest things ever to have to go thru and put my family thru and I just pray that God takes her without her feeling any pain. I'm forever grateful for any prayers and thoughts and will never forget the support I have recieved thru this.
