Lucky's ACL knee surgery

I'm asking for help for lucky,he's the most loveable, sweetest dog,I found lucky wondering the streets at 6 months old, since then he's brought our family so much joy,and happiness.Luck hurt his knee playing and running as pitbulls do.I only receive social security one check a month my only source of income ,any help will be so much appreciated thank you.
