The Gift of Life

We are beyond blessed, my entire family. So many have reached out, put us on prayer groups, (many people we didn't EVEN know) prayed, donated time and money, sent gifts, and most of all sent the love we so needed. I will never be able to express my gratitude. My sister set up my Gofundme account and it helped so much. Every dime of it went to bills. It's so difficult when you're accustomed to two incomes, as I haven't worked since March. As many of you are following "our story" and read that the gift of life will happen on January 9! Now, as many don't know...Lisa will be out of work a minimum of 3 weeks (with no complications) and she will have travel expenses. The transplant center is $10-$20 a day to park. ( I will have to go there twice a week for 6 weeks) Lisa will be flying here from Arizona, we will need to buy her ticket soon. There will be expenses once she arrives as well. We are very blessed that some friends and family have already expressed that they will come stay, to take care of us. I will not be able to drive for 6 weeks. Many of you have already been generous enough to donate for me, so I feel terrible to ask twice, but Lisa is in need. My husband will try to help out as much as we can.
